Lectors

These men and women are readers of God's Holy Word at Mass.  Lectors are responsible for effective proclamation of the Scriptures.  We encourage lectors to prepare by meditating and praying over the Scriptures to be proclaimed.  Lectors are encourages to attend workshops, retreats, and prayerful opportunities that will deepen their ability understand and experience God through the Word they proclaim.  New lectors are generally sought each year.  Anyone who can demonstrate a good reading ability to welcome. Scheduling is up to each lector.
